Terms of Service
Payment and Process-I reserve the right to decline commissions.-Payment is accepted only through PayPal-All PayPal transactions will be handled through PayPal invoice.
Once commission has been taken, client has a week to pay before slot is considered forfeited and reopened.-Work begins after payment is received.
Turn-around time is usually between one and two weeks, but may be susceptible to change. Any circumstance will be discussed with the client.-When work on commission starts, the client will be notified and updates will be regular until completion.EDITS-Before piece is considered finished, final confirmation will be requested before sending the uncompressed files to client.
Minor edits/ Alterations must be requested within two days of completion in order to be accepted.REPOSTING ART-By commissioning art from me, you are agreeing to allow finished pieces to be posted on any art platform used by AstroFlem, this does not mean all art will be posted.Client can request for privatized pieces for an added fee-A watermarked version of the final piece will be provided alongside an unwatermarked version upon completion. These two versions will still retain the artist's signature, feel free to repost the watermarked version, unwatermarked version is for personal use only.-Pixel commissions will not have a watermarked version but will have a small signature incorporated into he pixel. Removal of signature will result in black listing.-In no case is it allowed to remove artist's signature from final product, this will result in a blacklist if done.REFUNDS-Full refunds will be given if no work on commission has begun.-Partial refund will be given if work has already begun.-No refunds will be issued after commission is completed.BLACKLISTING-I have zero tolerance policy for all and any NFTs. I do not give anyone any permission to make an NFT out of my work. Non commercial or Commercial alike.-I do not give permission to use any of my work to feed into any AI algorithm. That is stealing.-Chargebacks will result in a block list especially if all communication had been open for the duration of the commission
